Create a programme with quick setup

The wizard creates a loyalty programme, its tiers and welcome campaigns based on your industry and goals. It takes a few minutes.

Before you start
  • Permission: Business Setup Wizard (Pages.Setup.Wizard). The Quick setup menu also requires Loyalty programmes.
  • Available inside an account, not on the host platform.

1. Open the wizard​

Go to Members & Programmes › Quick setup. The title is Quick setup.

2. Choose your industry​

Under Industry, choose a card: Café, Retail, E-commerce, Service, Restaurant or Other. Click Next.

3. Choose your goals​

Under Goals, choose one or two, no more:

  • More repeat visits
  • Bigger ticket size
  • New customers
  • Clear stock
  • Launch a new product

4. Enter channels and name​

Under Channels:

  1. Type the Business name.
  2. Choose at least one channel: WhatsApp, SMS, Email, In-store QR or Not sure yet.

Click Next.

5. Review the preview​

Under Preview you see the programme, its tiers, Your campaigns and, if you chose WhatsApp, the WhatsApp welcome message. A label shows whether it has been personalised with AI or is the default template.

  • Looks good — start continues.
  • Change something goes back.
  • Start over clears your answers.

6. Launch the programme​

Under Launch, choose when to start: Today, Tomorrow or Custom… (with a date). Click Launch programme.

Check that it works​

The notice Your programme … is now live! appears and the programme you created opens. The wizard also leaves a test member so you can try the journey. If any part could not be created because of your edition, you will see a notice.

The programme goes live

The wizard creates the programme in the active state. Go through the checklist before announcing anything to your customers.
