What you can do in the portal
Your portal brings together in one place your points, your prizes and everything you can do in the programme. It works on your mobile, with nothing to install, and opens from the link or QR code the brand gave you.
Getting around
On mobile you have a bottom bar with five shortcuts: Home, Rewards, Receipt, Games and Profile. On larger screens, the side menu adds the remaining sections.

Your programme decides which sections are available to you: if you do not see one, the brand has not switched it on.
Your home screen
In Home you see your balance (Your balance) with what you have earned, redeemed and have pending, and your tier. If you are close to the next tier, the bar tells you how many points you need. Below are your recent activity and shortcuts to Rewards, Games and Campaigns.
If you take part in several programmes
If your phone number is registered with more than one brand, you can switch programme from the header (Switch programme).
Install the portal on your mobile
When your browser allows it, the Install app button appears. Installing it creates an icon on your home screen. It is optional.

For the operator
The portal takes the logo, colours and template from your brand. It is configured in White label. The visible sections depend on what you switch on in your account (campaigns, games, rewards, courses). Members appear in Members.
