How it all fits together
IncentIA is built on six pieces: the account and its brands, the loyalty programme, campaigns, members, evidence and communications. This page places each one; every piece has its own concept page.
How it fits together
Your account
├── Clients ── Brands ── Campaigns ─── (public landing, games, prizes)
│
├── Loyalty programmes ── points · tiers · earning and redemption rules
│ └── Members (with balance, tier and segments)
│
├── Evidence ── receipts and photos uploaded by members and participants
└── Communications ── channels · templates · flows · broadcasts
- A campaign can belong to a programme or stand alone. If it stands alone, participants don't need to be members.
- A piece of evidence proves a purchase or action and, once approved, triggers the campaign prize.
- Communications keep members and participants informed at every step.
- Roles and permissions decide which part of the menu each person on your team sees, and your edition decides which features your account has.
