Clients and brands

This is where you register who you operate for: the client (the company, with its tax details) and its brands (the identity under which campaigns are presented). Menu: Commercial › Clients and Brands.

Availability

Clients and Brands permissions · Edition: all (Free, Starter, Pro, Growth, Enterprise)

Understanding the account → client → brand → campaign hierarchy helps you decide how many entries to create: Accounts, clients and brands.

The menu option and the screen are called Clients (the text is not translated into Spanish).

tip

Staging and production share the 360dialog partner account. Use a different email in each environment.

Once the client has been registered in 360dialog, the record shows its identifier (360dialog client). To connect the number, go to WhatsApp.

Brands

A brand is managed in its own file, with tabs for identity (kits), legal data, channels, campaigns, field reps and products. Full guide: Brand file (Brand Hub). Menu: Brands.

List

A table with Logo, Name, Client, active campaigns, WhatsApp channel, kits and Active. Click a row to open its file and New to create a brand with the wizard.

Create a brand

  • The client is required: it is the brand's legal promoter. Create it first (or in the wizard's first step).
  • The wizard asks for name and client, colours (optional) and legal data (optional).
  • Colours, fonts, logos and CSS are no longer stored on the brand: they live in its kits (Identity tab). See Visual kits.
  • The quick edit form of a brand only contains Name, Client, Description, Logo and Active.

What a brand is used for

  • Campaigns are linked to a brand from their detail page. Campaigns created before the brand model may have no brand.
  • Products in the product catalogue can carry a brand.
  • Each field rep has an assigned brand: it determines the logo and colours they see on /rep (those of the brand's default kit). See Field reps.
  • The brand's legal texts (privacy, terms, DPO, support) inherit from the client unless you override them: Inherited legal texts.

Statuses and limits

  • Deactivating a client or a brand (Active switched off) deletes nothing; Delete does remove the record. A brand cannot be deleted while it has non-archived campaigns.
  • Every brand belongs to a client. Older campaigns can exist without a brand.
