Create your first programme
Create a loyalty programme from scratch. If you would rather have the system set it up for you, use quick setup.
Before you start
- Permissions: Loyalty programmes and Creating loyalty programme (
Pages.Loyalty.Programs,Pages.Loyalty.Programs.Create). - Choose the programme type: read Programmes.
1. Open the form
Go to Members & Programmes › Programmes and click Create New.
2. Fill in the basic details
| Field | What it is |
|---|---|
| Name | Your members see it. Required. |
| Description | A short explanation of the programme. |
| Status | Draft, Active, Paused or Archived. To start earning, choose Active. |
| Features | Checkboxes that define what the programme offers: Points, Cashback, Stamps, Evidence / OCR, Games, Gift Cards, Courses, Challenges. |
3. Set up the currency
| Field | What it is |
|---|---|
| Points Currency | The name of your points (for example, "stars"). Required. |
| Points to Money Rate | How much one point is worth in money. |
| Expiration Days | Days after which points expire. If empty, they do not expire. |
If you tick Cashback, Cashback percentage appears.
Click Save.
You can change it later
Edit the programme whenever you like from the Actions menu on its row.
Check that it works
The programme appears in the list with its Status, Program Type and Points Currency.
