Sign in to IncentIA

Sign in to your account with your user name or email, your password and, if needed, your tenant name.

1. Choose your account​

Above the form you will see Current tenant. If it says Not Selected, click Change, turn on Switch to tenant, type your tenant name and confirm.

2. Enter your details​

  1. Type your User name or email.
  2. Type your Password.
  3. Tick Remember me if this is a trusted device.
  4. Click Log in.

If your email belongs to several accounts, Select Tenant appears: choose one. Use Back to Login to go back.

I have forgotten my password​

  1. Click Forgot password?.
  2. Type your Email address and click Send.
  3. Open the link you receive. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, send it again.

Other ways to sign in​

  • Email activation: resends the activation link for your account.
  • Passwordless Login: appears only if your installation has enabled it; it sends you a code by email or phone.

Check that it works​

You land on the dashboard. If not, check that the Current tenant is the right one.
