What is IncentIA
IncentIA is a platform for building customer loyalty and activating your brand. You create points, cashback or stamp programmes, launch campaigns with games, raffles and codes, and communicate with your customers from a single dashboard.

- Brands and shops that want to build loyalty and measure results.
- Chains and franchises with several shops and field reps out on the street.
- Agencies that run programmes and campaigns for several clients.
How it fits together
You manage everything from the admin panel. Your customers take part from their own portal or from a campaign landing page.
- Programme: the rules by which your customers earn and redeem (points, cashback or stamps).
- Member: a person registered in your programme. The menu shows this as Members.
- Participant: a person who plays or takes part in a campaign without being a member.
- Campaign: an action with dates, such as a raffle, a cashback with receipt or a campaign with games.
- Evidence: the receipt or photo a person uploads to prove their purchase. You approve or reject it.
- Reward: what a person gets when they redeem or win. It is managed in Rewards › Catalogue.

- Build a loyalty programme with tiers and earning rules.
- Launch campaigns with games, PIN codes or landing pages.
- Validate receipts with evidence.
- Write to your customers through the communication channels.
