Step into a brand to operate it
Help a client without asking for their administrator password. You enter their admin panel with a user of your own agency and limited permissions.
- The brand must be linked to your agency and have the partner portal feature switched on.
- Your agency must be active in IncentIA.
1. Choose the brand
Go to Brands and find the brand. You can also open its detail from the Overview.
2. Click Configure
Click Configure on the brand's card, or Manage / Impersonate in its detail. The button shows Opening… for a few seconds.
A new tab opens with that brand's admin panel, already signed in.
3. Work and close
Operate as the brand would. When you finish, close the tab. The partner portal stays open in the original tab.
What you can do
You enter with a user of your own agency, with the PartnerAdmin role. You can manage programmes, members (view, create, edit, import and export their data), tiers, rewards, coupons, segments, rules and campaigns.
What you cannot do
- Manage the brand's users, roles or API keys.
- Access the account's billing.
- Delete members, erase their data under GDPR or edit their consents.
What you do inside the brand affects its real members. Double-check before sending communications or closing campaigns.
If it does not open
