Brands, programmes and campaigns

A brand is a client account linked to your agency. From Brands (/partner/brands) you create them, clone them, deactivate them and step in to configure them.

Before you start
  • The partner portal feature must be switched on in the brand's account. If it is not, the portal replies that management is not enabled.
  • You only see the brands linked to your agency.

List​

Each card shows the name, the subdomain, the status (Active or Inactive) and three figures: Members, Programmes and Created. If there are none, you will see No brands yet. Create your first one!

Create a brand​

  1. Click New Brand in Brands.
  2. Fill in Brand subdomain * (for example mybrand; below you see the resulting address https://mybrand.incentia.app).
  3. Fill in Admin email * with the email of the person who will administer the brand.
  4. Optional: type Admin password. If you leave it empty, the system generates a secure temporary password.
  5. Click Create Brand.

The password, if you type one, must be at least 12 characters with a letter and a number. If the subdomain already exists, the portal warns you that it is in use.

The administrator receives an activation email and must change their password on first sign-in. You never see their password.

warning

If your agency does not have automatic brand activation, the new brand stays Inactive until IncentIA activates it. You cannot activate it yourself.

Clone another brand's configuration​

Use this to start a new brand with the same base as one that already works.

  1. On the target brand's card, click Clone from….
  2. Choose the Source brand * (your other brands are listed with their members and programmes).
  3. Click Clone Configuration.

Programmes, tiers, earning and redemption rules, segments, rewards, campaigns with their rules, games, templates and brand customisation are copied. Members and their movements are not copied. Both brands must be yours.

Activate and deactivate​

Deactivate closes the brand. To open it again, Activate only works if IncentIA has not suspended it: reactivation is always decided by the IncentIA team and, if you try, the portal rejects it.

Brand detail​

Click a card in the Overview or open /partner/tenants/<id> to see the brand's programmes. Each programme shows its type, its status and Members, Active, Issued 30d, Redeemed 30d and Transactions 30d.

If the brand has no programmes, the Open admin to configure button takes you to the panel to create them. In the header, Manage / Impersonate opens the admin panel.
