Booklets
A booklet (talonario) is a block of PIN codes with a QR code on the cover. Your job is to link it to the store where it is handed out.

Link a booklet to a store
- On the home screen, click Scan booklet and point the camera at the QR code on the cover.
- Check it is the right one: you see its number, its name and how many codes it has. Click Continue.
- The app gets your location (Getting the store's location…). If it fails, click Retry.
- Choose the store:
- One of the nearby stores, with its distance.
- Another one, with Search store (by name, address or ID).
- Create new store, if it does not appear. See Your stores.
- Confirm. Booklet linked appears with the name of the booklet and of the store.
Click Scan another booklet to carry on with the next one.
If the GPS accuracy is low, the app warns you (Low GPS accuracy). Check that the location is the store's.
If the booklet already has a store
You will see Already linked to "…". If you continue and choose another store, the booklet is reassigned.
If it is not found
Booklet not found means the QR code is not from a booklet in your account. Click Scan again or check with your administrator.
View and reassign from a store
In My stores, open a store with Edit. The Booklets section lists those assigned to it. To add another, type its Booklet number or QR code and click Search; then Assign to this store (or Reassign if it was already in another). If the store has none, you will see This store has no booklets assigned.
No coverage
The app saves a store registration as a draft on your phone. If the network fails, it retries on its own. When you have signal again, click Retry submission: the store is not duplicated.
If you make a mistake
Tell your administrator. They correct the link from the panel.

For the operator
Booklets are created and printed from PIN codes and booklets. The QR code contains a /rep/talonario/<token> link. Links are reviewed in the booklet registrations export, which includes the field rep's Zone (Field reps).
