Accounts, clients and brands
Every organisation that uses IncentIA has its own account (a tenant on the platform). Your members, campaigns and data are yours, and no other IncentIA customer can see them.
How it fits together
Account (tenant)
└── Client
└── Brand
└── Campaign
- Account: you sign up for it. It has its own users, edition and configuration.
- Client: the company you operate for. If you are a brand, you normally have a single client; an agency has one for each company it serves.
- Brand: the look and identity under which campaigns are presented.
- Campaign: hangs from a brand. Campaigns created before this model may have no brand.
These entities are managed in the Commercial group of the menu (Clients, Brands).
info
The Clients option appears untranslated in the Spanish menu. It is the real name of the screen.
Isolation between accounts
The data in one account never mixes with that of another:
- A member belongs to a single account. The same phone number can be a member in two different accounts, as two independent people.
- A campaign from another account is neither visible nor reachable by link.
- Members cannot be moved between accounts.
Who sees what
- Your team signs in with your account name and sees only what their role allows.
- An agency or partner can manage several accounts from the partner portal and enter them with their partner role. See Tenant impersonation.
- The platform operator (no account) manages the accounts and their editions.
Public addresses
Public pages (landing, sign-up, member portal) know which account they belong to from the address. It can be:
- Your account identifier in the URL, for example
/landing/<account>. - A custom domain, such as
loyalty.yourbrand.com, if your edition includes a custom domain.
Campaigns also have an address of their own, /landing/c/<name-or-id>. It accepts the short name you give it or the numeric id, so if you change the short name, old links using the id keep working.
Where to configure it
- Clients and brands: Commercial group of the menu.
- Domain and appearance: the Member portal group (Portal settings).
- Users: Administration › Users.
