Legal pages

The platform publishes three legal pages that anyone can open without logging in. They are fixed IncentIA texts: they cannot be edited from the panel.

PageAddressWhat it covers
Privacy/legal/privacyWho processes the data, for what purpose, on what legal basis, for how long and how to exercise rights
Terms/legal/termsTerms of use of the service, responsibilities, availability and governing law
Cookies/legal/cookiesTechnical, preference, analytics and third-party cookies, and how to withdraw consent

All three share a header with the Last updated date and a footer with links between them. The privacy and cookies pages include a summary in English.

What they say about you

  • The privacy policy explains that each IncentIA customer acts as joint controller or processor of its members' data, depending on its contract with IncentIA.
  • The terms govern the relationship between IncentIA and the customer that contracts the platform.
  • The cookie policy lists each cookie with its purpose, type and duration. Technical ones are mandatory. Analytics and preference cookies need the user's consent, which is collected in the cookie notice.

What you do control

The conditions of each campaign are yours and are edited from the panel:

  • Campaign Terms & Conditions: versions, activation, public link and consent capture. See Terms and conditions.
  • The Cookie consent enabled setting is in Administration › Settings, User management tab. See Account settings.
Check the controller details

On the privacy and terms pages, the controller's legal identity (company name, tax ID, address and DPO contact) may still be shown as pending review. Confirm it with your IncentIA contact before linking to it in your communications.

tip

If your brand needs its own privacy policy, publish it on your website and link it from your landing. See Landings.
