Landing pages

The landing page is the public page where the participant registers and takes part in your campaign. Here you can see which address opens each page and how its content is decided.

Availability

The automatic page of each campaign is available in all editions. Customising it with blocks requires the Landing builder: Landing Builder permission · Enterprise edition.

Public addresses

AddressWhat it showsNotes
/landingYour account's landing page.Your builder page or, if there is none, the default brand page.
/landing/enterprise/{slug}The same account landing page. The account is detected from the domain or from ?tenant=.
/landing/programLoyalty programme page.
/landing/c/{slug or id}A campaign's landing page.Accepts the campaign slug or numeric id.
/landing/pub/{slug}Alias of /landing/c/{slug}.For links with the pub prefix, for example on brand domains.
/c/{slug}Campaign short link.Redirects to the page that the system generates for the campaign.
/landing/raffle/{id}/certificatePublic raffle certificate.See Raffles.

For a campaign landing page, the slug is the campaign's slug. It is used to resolve the builder design, the SEO and the participation flow.

Campaign slug

The slug is the final part of the address. It is defined when you create or edit the campaign, in the Landing Slug (URL) field.

  • It fills in automatically from the name, for example black-friday-2026.
  • It accepts lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens. Maximum 128 characters.
  • Below the field you can see the resulting address.
  • Once the slug is valid, the Campaign Landing button appears and opens the page.
  • If another organisation already uses the slug, saving asks you to choose another.

Without a slug there is no named public address. Set one before sharing the campaign. See Create a campaign.

What the participant sees

With a custom design

If you have saved a landing for that campaign in the Landing builder, the page is composed from your blocks. Titles, SEO and languages come from that design.

Section editor (new)

If your plan includes the landing editor v2, the Builder opens the section editor:

  • The page is made of sections (full-width bands with their own background) split into columns (1, 2 equal, 1/3 + 2/3, 2/3 + 1/3, 3, 4 or sidebar). Blocks stack inside each column and are as tall as their content.
  • Click + between sections to add empty columns or a ready-made section (cover, how to participate, prizes, form + terms, frequently asked questions, final call to action).
  • Drag sections and blocks in the Structure panel or with the handle on the floating bar of the canvas. Double-click a text on the canvas to edit it in place.
  • The canvas is the real page: what you see is what gets published. It starts in Mobile; switch to Tablet or Desktop with the device buttons (or the 1, 2, 3 keys).
  • On Tablet or Mobile, the Layout tab saves alignment, text size, spacing and visibility for that device only (a blue dot shows it; Reset goes back to inheriting).
  • Rotated decorative images live inside a section (Add decoration in the section inspector) and on mobile they can be hidden, placed below the content or kept in place.
  • Landings saved with the previous editor open converted to sections; when you save, they are stored in the new format. If you need the previous editor, use ⋯ › Open classic editor.

Animations

In the section editor you can add entrance animations to sections, columns, blocks and decorations, and a hover effect on buttons. They only exist in editor v2; landings built with the previous editor do not change.

  • Entrance: the Animation tab of the block or decoration, and the Animation section of the section. Pick an effect (fade in, rise, drop, from the left or right, zoom in), its speed, the delay (0–1.5 s), the distance, and whether it only plays the first time. With Stagger elements on a section or column, its elements enter one after another.
  • Buttons: in the page settings, Animations group, choose Lift, Glow, Scale or None under Buttons on hover. When clicked, all buttons shrink for an instant.
  • Page Intensity: Subtle, Normal or Bold. Page animations enabled switches them all off at once.
  • On mobile: Reduced (recommended) (the default: no blur or background effects), Full or Off. You can give a block a different animation, or none, for Tablet or Mobile only (blue dot; Reset goes back to inheriting).
  • Seeing the result: while you edit, animations are paused so the canvas does not move. Click Play animations in the bar (or Shift+Space) to watch them; any change stops them. Blocks and sections with an animation show a lightning bolt in the Structure panel.

Recommendations:

  • Use few, short animations. Prefer Subtle or Normal; keep Bold for a single point of the page.
  • Do not animate the first section: a fade-in on the cover delays the moment the page becomes visible. The editor warns you (review warning) and offers to remove it with one click.
  • Do not animate the game result block (prize or "you lost"): the warning detects this too.
  • Think about mobile: almost all traffic arrives from phones and from WhatsApp. Leave Reduced unless you have tested the page on a modest phone.
  • Accessibility: if the visitor has "reduce motion" enabled on their device, entrances become a brief fade and everything else stays still. No effect flashes. Never rely on motion to communicate something: the text must be enough.
  • To see the landing without animations, add ?motion=0 to the address. Thumbnails, screenshots and accessibility tests are always generated without animations.
  • If you use custom CSS with your own animations, the page switch does not turn them off; they are your responsibility.

Create with AI from the brief

If your plan includes editor v2 and the Landing Builder permission, you can generate the page from a brief instead of free text.

  • Where: in the template wizard, final step, click Create with AI (from the campaign list, Design landing opens it with this option already selected). On an open page, use Generate from brief or the Brief panel (⋯ menu).
  • What you fill in: objective, audience, proposition or hook, tone, call to action, must-haves, what to avoid, languages and free notes. Mechanic, prizes, dates, terms and conditions and channel (for example WhatsApp) are filled in automatically from the campaign. You can correct them with Edit or go back to automatic with Use automatic.
  • What does not come from the campaign: coupon codes and prize probabilities are never sent to the AI. The terms and privacy addresses are set by the system, not by the AI; legal blocks are kept.
  • Saving: the brief is saved with the page draft and there is only one: it is not published and is not part of the version history. Restoring a version or discarding the draft does not change it.
  • «Campaign data updated» notice: the campaign changed after the last generation. Click Refresh data to review it before generating again.
  • Quota: each generation uses one of your account's daily limit (shown in the dialog). Opening the brief and refreshing the data do not use any. If you exceed the quota, the dialog tells you. If the campaign data cannot be loaded when starting from the wizard, the chosen template is applied with a warning.
  • Sensitive data: do not ask for ID numbers, bank accounts or cards in texts that lead to WhatsApp; use a web form.
  • Always review the result before publishing. Generating replaces the canvas content in a single step; you can undo it.

Regenerate without losing changes

If you already have an AI-generated page, you can regenerate it entirely or only some sections (section menu or AI dialog: Regenerate with AI…) without losing your work.

  • What is always kept: blocks you edited by hand after the AI (marked with ✎), locked blocks, legal blocks and system blocks (registration, participation; marked with ⚖). The AI cannot change them, even if it tries.
  • AI-generated blocks carry the AI mark in the page outline.
  • Before applying you see a section-by-section comparison of what is kept and what changes. If you are not convinced, you can undo in a single step.
  • Also include the edited ones: if you want the AI to redo what you edited too, turn it on and confirm. Legal, system and locked blocks are never included.
  • Quota: each regeneration uses one of the daily limit, just like generating.

Brief templates

A brief template saves the tone, call to action, must-haves, what to avoid and languages so you do not repeat them in every campaign.

  • Apply: in the Brief panel, Template section, pick one and click Apply. It only fills empty fields; those that already have a value are kept until you click Overwrite them.
  • Save your own: Save as template… copies the current brief (never the campaign's mechanic, prizes or dates). Choose whether it is General (whole tenant) or This brand, and optionally a campaign type.
  • Default: the template marked as default for your brand and campaign type pre-fills Create with AI by itself.
  • Manage: Branding → Brief templates (requires the Landing Builder permission).

Check the brief and AI review

  • Check brief (checks panel) verifies that the page meets what you put in the brief: end date, terms and privacy links, must-haves, prizes, call-to-action channel, languages and words to avoid. It does not use quota. Some warnings come with a Fix button; nothing is ever applied on its own.
  • Publishing with brief errors: if errors remain, they are listed and you can Publish anyway; it does not block you. Legal content is validated separately.
  • AI review: after checking the brief, the AI suggests up to 5 content improvements (hook, tone, a barely visible prize…). They are only suggestions, they do not change the page and they use one generation of the quota.

Without a custom design

If the campaign has no landing of its own, the system generates an automatic page with:

  • The status badge: Active now, Coming next, Paused or Finished.
  • The campaign's title, description and duration.
  • The participation flow according to the campaign type.

The account landing does not replace this page. This way each campaign's registration and participation keep working.

Registration and participation

The registration form asks for:

FieldNotes
Name
Email
PhoneOptional.
Marketing consentOptional checkbox.
Custom fieldsThe ones you define in the campaign. Required ones prevent submission.

After that, participation depends on how you configured the campaign:

  • Receipt: the participant uploads a photo of the receipt. It goes to evidence review.
  • Code: they enter a single-use code. See PIN codes.
  • QR: they scan a code with the phone camera.
  • Game or instant win: they play and see the result straight away. See Winning moments.

The page warns if the participant has reached their participation limit or if the campaign has used up its total entries.

tip

If your campaign uses accounts with passwords, the visitor first sees the sign-in screens. With the Identidad block in your design, those screens appear inside your page.

Preview

Before publishing you can review the design without the public seeing it:

  • Preview in the editor opens the unsaved draft for 15 minutes.
  • Share preview creates a 24-hour link, with optional password, for other people to review it.

Both use /landing/preview/… addresses that only work with their signed link. See Landing builder.

To print a QR or send the landing page by WhatsApp or SMS, use a trackable short link instead of the long address. See Dynamic links.

States and limits

  • The badge reflects the campaign status: paused, finished or not yet started.
  • A non-existent slug shows Campaign not found.
  • If you change the slug, the old addresses stop working. Reprint any QR codes that point to them.
  • The landing's SEO (title, description and image) is edited in the builder. Without its own SEO, the campaign data and the account logo are used.
