Cash out your cashback
When you build up cashback with your purchases, you can ask to be paid by Bizum or bank transfer.
1. Choose how to get paid
- Open Cashback payout in the menu (
/member/cashback-profile). - Under Preferred method, choose an option:
- Bank transfer (IBAN): SEPA, 1-3 working days. Enter the IBAN and the Account holder.
- Bizum: instant, Spanish mobiles only. Enter your Bizum mobile.
- Manual: Processed by the team. You do not need to enter anything.
- Save your details.
Once saved, you only see the last digits of the IBAN (Saved IBAN). To change it, click Change and type it again.
The IBAN is validated as you type it. If the check digit is wrong, you will see Invalid IBAN. A Bizum mobile must start with 6 or 7.
2. Request the payout
- Go to
/member/wallet/cashback(Request cashback payout). You will see your Available balance. - If you have not yet reached the minimum, the portal tells you how much you need (You need at least…). Keep earning and come back.
- Enter How much do you want to cash out? (between the minimum and the maximum) and click Next.
- Choose the Payout method (Bizum or Bank transfer) and complete the details.
- Check the summary (You will receive … via … to …) and click Confirm.
3. Follow the status
Open View history (/member/wallet/cashback/history, Payout history). Each row shows Date, Amount, Method, Status and Reference. Click a row to see the Payout detail.

| Pending | Your request is registered |
| Queued / Processing | The payment is being prepared |
| In SEPA batch | It will be sent with the next batch of transfers |
| Sent | The payment has gone out |
| Confirmed | The payment is complete |
| Under review | The team is reviewing it |
| Failed | It could not be paid. The detail gives the Failure Reason |
| Cancelled | The request was cancelled |
If you need help with a payout, give the brand the Reference: it identifies that payout.

Cashback is generated by a cashback campaign (Cashback). Payouts are approved and sent from Cashback payouts. The IBAN and the Bizum mobile are stored encrypted.
