Play and discover prizes
Play your programme's games and win points, coupons or other prizes. Some games cost points and others are free.
1. Choose a game
Open Games in the menu. Each game shows its name, whether it is free or how many points it costs, how many times you have played (for example 1/3 plays) and how many prizes it has. If you can no longer play, it appears dimmed.
2. Play
Click the game and follow the on-screen instructions. The portal includes spin the wheel, scratch card, slot machine, trivia, memory, puzzle, hangman, word search, letter ordering, PopIt and spot the difference. Your programme decides which ones are switched on.
When you finish you see You won! with the prize (and Your code: if there is a code) or Better luck next time!. Click Back to games to return.
If the game has a daily limit, you will see how many plays you have left today (plays left today).
Mini-games
Above the list of games, Mini-games opens the external games your programme has added. If there are none yet, you will see Your programme does not have any mini-games available yet. Check back soon.
Where to find your prize
| Prize | Where you see it |
|---|---|
| Points | Added to your balance in Home and recorded in Activity |
| Coupon | In Coupons, with its code and QR |
| Other prizes | In Profile › My redemptions and in the message the programme sends you |
Claim a winning moment from a link
Sometimes the programme sends you a short link in the form /g/… by WhatsApp when you have won an instant prize.
- Open the link. The page is lightweight and loads quickly even with poor coverage.
- Tap to reveal the prize.
- Follow the instructions that appear to claim it (a code, a deadline to provide your delivery details or a direct credit).
The link can be opened only once. If you reload it or open it somewhere else, you will see that it has already been played. If too much time passes, it expires (this link has expired). Open it as soon as you receive it.

For the operator
Games are created in Games and included in campaigns (Campaigns). Mini-games are external games. The winning moment by /g/… link is configured in Winning moments.
