Redeem rewards

Exchange your points for prizes from the catalogue, use your coupons in store and redeem gift cards.

Redeem a prize​

  1. Open Rewards in the menu. You will see your balance and the prizes with their cost in points.
  2. Choose a prize. If you have enough points, it appears as available; if not, the button shows how many more points you need (pts more needed).
  3. Click Redeem now.
  4. The confirmation "… redeemed successfully" appears and your balance updates.

Some prizes are for a higher tier: they are shown locked (Tier required) until you move up a tier.

Redemption is immediate and deducts the points when you click Redeem now. There is no confirmation step.

Pay with points and cash​

If the prize allows mixed payment (Split your payment between points and cash.), a window opens with a slider:

  1. Move the control to decide how many Points you contribute; the Cash amount adjusts automatically.
  2. Check Reward value and Remaining after redemption.
  3. Click Pay … pts + ….

Find a prize that suits you​

At /member/rewards/quiz, Find your reward asks you a few questions (choose up to 2 answers for each) and suggests prizes. At the end you see Your recommendations and can Start over.

Your coupons​

In Coupons you see your Available and Used coupons, with their validity date (Valid until).

  1. Open the coupon you want to use.
  2. Show the code or the QR in store (Show this code at the point of sale).

If you do not have any, you will see No coupons and a link to see what you can redeem.

Your gift cards​

In Gift Cards you can exchange points for a gift card: enter the Amount, check the Points cost and, if the card is for someone else, their Recipient email. When you click Redeem you get the code. If issuing takes a while, you will see that it is being processed; if it cannot be issued, your points are refunded.

See your redemptions​

In Profile, the My redemptions section lists your redemptions with the date, the points spent and the status.
