Scan and upload receipts

Earn points or cashback with your purchases: upload a photo of your receipt, scan a QR code or register a product.

Upload a photo of a receipt​

  1. Open Receipt in the bottom bar (on larger screens, Upload Receipt).
  2. Click Take a photo or select file and take the photo or choose a file. JPG, PNG or PDF up to 10 MB are accepted.
  3. Wait for the result.

The system reads the products and amounts. The result can be:

  • Approved!: the receipt is valid and your points or cashback are credited.
  • Under review: a person is reviewing it. We will let you know when it is done. Most are validated in under 30 seconds; some take up to 48 hours.
  • Not accepted: it could not be validated.

Below, Your submissions lists your previous submissions. If the file exceeds the limit, the portal tells you with its size.

Take the photo in good light with the whole receipt in view, without folds. It is easier to read that way.

Scan a QR code​

  1. Open Scan QR (/member/scan) and click Open camera. Grant camera permission if asked.
  2. Point at the QR code.
  3. You will see the result: Redeemed!, Points earned!, Already used or Not recognised. Use Scan another to repeat.

With Scan QR you can redeem a coupon in store or earn the points of an action (for example, a visit) that the brand has put on a QR code. Each action on a QR code can be registered once a day.

Register a product​

If your programme allows it, Quick Scan (/member/quick-scan) is used to report the sale of a product instantly:

  1. Type or scan the Product code or barcode.
  2. Adjust the Quantity and, if you wish, add a note.
  3. Click Submit. You will see the points earned and your Recent scans.
