Your profile and your data

Keep your details up to date and decide how you want to be notified.

Edit your details​

  1. Open Profile (My profile).
  2. Change First name, Last name, Email, Date of birth or Region. Phone cannot be edited.
  3. Tick Receive marketing communications if you want to receive news from the brand.
  4. Click Save changes.

Once you save your date of birth, it can no longer be changed.

Verify your email​

Next to the email, click Verify email. We send you a verification link; open it from your inbox. When it finishes, you will see Email verified.

Notifications​

In Notifications, switch on Push notifications to receive alerts on your device. If you have denied the permission in your browser, you will need to allow it from its settings.

Passkeys​

In Passkeys you can add one (Add a passkey), rename it or remove it. See Sign in.

Sign out​

Click Log out and confirm. You will need to request a code again next time.

Your personal data​

If you want us to delete your data or you want a copy, ask the brand (the one that runs your programme). It handles privacy requests.

Members and their data are found in Members. Access or erasure requests are handled according to Guide: handle a GDPR request. The portal does not offer members an account deletion button.
