Launch a stamp card

Create the digital version of the cardboard card: the member collects stamps and, on completing it, receives their reward. It takes about 10 minutes.

Before you start
  • Permission: Stamp cards · Edition: all except Free.
  • You have an active programme. Cards are tied to a programme.

1. Create the card​

Go to Engagement › Stamp cards and click Create New.

  1. Enter the Name, for example 10th coffee free.
  2. Under Stamps Required, say how many are needed, for example 10.
  3. Under Reward, enter the text the member will see, for example Free coffee.
  4. Choose the Programme.
  5. Upload a Background image if you like. Without an image, the theme gradient is used.
  6. Leave Active ticked and save.

The form has no fields to award points or a coupon when the card is completed. The Reward text is what the member sees: hand over the coffee yourself in the shop.

2. Choose how they earn stamps​

The member receives a stamp for each of these routes:

There is no button to add stamps by hand.

3. Tell your members​

Tell them where to see the card: in the member portal, the stamps section shows the ones collected and the ones still missing. You can announce it with a broadcast.

Check that it works​

  1. Sign in to the portal with a test member of the programme.
  2. Do a check-in or redeem a PIN.
  3. The card shows one more stamp.
  4. A second check-in within 24 hours doesn't add a stamp.
