Stamp cards
A stamp card is the digital version of the cardboard "tenth one free" card. Menu: Engagement › Stamp cards.
Stamp cards permission · All editions except Free ("Stamp Cards" feature). Managed only from a client account, not from the host.
How it works
Each card belongs to a Programme. When a member receives a stamp, they advance on all the active cards of that programme. On reaching the Stamps Required they complete the card and receive the reward.
A member receives a stamp in these ways:

There is no button to add stamps by hand from the member's record.
When a card is completed, IncentIA delivers the reward the card has configured (points, a coupon or both). If the card repeats, the counter goes back to zero. If not, later stamps are discarded.

There is a search box and the Refresh button. The Actions menu on each row offers Edit and Delete.
Create / edit
Click Create New.

The form has no fields for reward points, coupon or repetition. Those settings cannot be changed from this screen.
States and limits
- There can be several active cards in the same programme: one stamp advances all of them at once.
- The 24-hour check-in limit is per member and card, and cannot be changed.
- PIN and evidence stamps do not have that limit; they are already protected by the single-use code or by the evidence review.
- Completion is atomic: two simultaneous scans do not deliver the reward twice.
What the member sees
