How it works

A course is made up of modules in order and, optionally, a quiz. The member enrols from their portal, completes the required modules and passes the quiz if there is one. On completion:

  • They receive the course's Reward Points, in the chosen programme.
  • They receive the badge associated with the course, if it has one.
  • They get a certificate with its own number, if the course defines a certificate prefix.
  • They add progress to challenges that count completed courses. Each course counts only once per member.

Click Add Quiz. In Quiz Settings you define Passing score (%) and Max attempts. With Add Question you create questions of type Single Choice, Multiple Choice or True / False, with their options and the Correct mark.

What the member sees

In the portal, the Training section lists the courses with their points reward, category, credits and number of modules. The member clicks Enroll, moves forward with Continue, marks each module (Mark as watched, Mark as read or Mark as complete) and takes the quiz with Start Quiz. When finished, the Certificate button opens their certificate. These texts are in English in the portal.

States and limits

  • Only courses in Published and from the member's programme are shown in their portal.
  • Points and the badge are awarded only once per course and member.
  • An inactive badge is not awarded, but it does not prevent completing the course.
