Transactions and transfers
Review every points movement and move points between two members. Menu: Transactions & Points › Transactions and Transactions & Points › Point Transfers.
Loyalty Transactions and Point Transfers permissions · All editions. Transferring is only possible from a client account.
Transactions
This is a read-only screen: it does not create or edit movements. Every purchase, redemption, adjustment or expiry leaves a row here.

| Points | Points of the movement. Earn rows carry a + sign. |

| Description | Reason or reference for the movement. |
Type in Search... and click Refresh to filter.

Earn | The member earns points through an earning rule, a campaign or a game. |
Redeem | The member redeems points. The burning rules are validated. |
Adjust | A manual adjustment or a correction. |
Expire | Points expire according to the programme's Expiration Days. |
Transfer | A movement between two members. |
Point transfers
A transfer moves points from one member's balance to another's, within the same programme. It runs immediately.

To transfer, click Create New and fill in Loyalty Programme, From Member, To Member, Points and Reason.
An executed transfer is currently shown as Pending in the badge, even though the points have already moved. Confirm it in Transactions: you will see one Transfer row for each member.
Points leave the first member's balance and enter the second's when you save. This screen has no button to reverse it.
States and limits
- Points must be greater than 0 and the source member must have enough available balance.
- You cannot transfer points to the same person.
- Both members must belong to your account and be active.
- Received points do not count as earned for moving up a tier or for all-time leaderboards.
- A transfer goes through the fraud checks: if they detect a suspicious pattern, it is rejected.
