Volume rebates
A rebate gives a bigger reward the more a member buys in a period, by units or by amount. Menu: Transactions & Points › Volume rebates.
Volume rebates permission · Enterprise edition ("Volume Rebates" feature). Only from a client account.
How it works
You define a period, a metric and a ladder of Rebate Tiers: each band has a minimum volume and a percentage. IncentIA adds up the member's volume in the current period, for example when approving a purchase evidence or recording a quick scan.
When the member reaches a higher band, they receive the reward. If they already received a lower band in that period, they only get the difference. When the next period starts, the count goes back to zero.

States and limits
- Bands must be in order and without overlaps, with no negative or duplicate volumes.
- There must be at least one band.
- The reward is granted once per band and period.
Cashback %rewards go through the same payouts as cashback.
A high percentage in Cashback % is really paid out. Review the bands before activating the rebate.
