Auctions
Auctions let members bid points on a prize. Menu: Rewards › Auctions.
Availability
Auctions permission · The App.Rewards.Auctions feature is disabled in all editions; the menu doesn't appear until it is enabled for your account.
warning
Today the auction is not complete end to end. The member portal has no screen or API for bidding, and the panel only moves an auction from Draft to Active. Don't announce it to your members yet.

Statuses and limits
- An ended or cancelled auction can't be reactivated from the panel.
- A background process closes active auctions when their end date passes.
- Closing deducts the points from the winner, but it doesn't yet create the redemption or decrease the quantity. Deliver the prize yourself if you end up using it.
