Payments (Stripe)
IncentIA charges your members for paid memberships with Stripe Checkout.
What you configure
There is no Stripe connection screen in your account. You define the plans in Rewards › Paid Memberships: monthly price, annual price, points multiplier and benefits.
What the platform configures
The Stripe key and the subscriptions webhook are configured once on the server. If they are missing, the member cannot complete the payment.
Monitoring
The notifications Stripe sends to IncentIA are logged in Administration › Incoming Webhooks, with Source Stripe. If a member says they paid and cannot see their membership, look up their charge there. See Webhooks.
