Subscription and credits

This is where you see which edition your account is on, until when it is valid, what it includes and how much you have paid. Menu: Administration › Subscription.

Availability

Subscription permission · The menu only appears if your account has an edition assigned

Subscription​

The screen is titled Subscription.

Subscription informationYour Edition (with the Free or Trial label if it applies), the Subscription start date and the Subscription end date
What's included in your planThe features of your edition. If there are none, you will see "There is no feature in your plan!"
Payment historyEach charge with Process time, Gateway, Amount, Status, Period, Day count, Payment id and Invoice No

In the history, Detail shows the charge's Items and the Total Amount. Show Invoice opens the invoice and only appears with the Editing user permission.

Change plan or renew​

Depending on your situation you will see:

  • Extend: renews your current paid plan.
  • Upgrade to X edition: moves to a higher edition, if one exists.
  • Buy now: purchases the plan while you are in the Trial period.
  • Don't bill my account automatically / Bill my account automatically: turns recurring billing off or on.
warning

If you turn off automatic billing, you will have to renew manually before the Subscription end date.

Credit balance​

Credits pay for usage such as receipt reading with OCR. The Credit Balance opens at /app/main/credit-balance. The screen has no entry in the side menu.

Each image read with OCR spends the credits you set in Receipt reading (OCR).
