Family pooling
Bring several members together, for example a household, into a single group with an owner. Menu: Members & Programmes › Family Pooling.

How it works
A group has an Owner Member (the account holder), a programme and a maximum number of members. With Is Shared Balance on, the points that members contribute accumulate in the owner's balance, which acts as a common pot.
With Is Shared Balance off, the group only groups members together: each one keeps their own balance.
This screen creates groups and manages their members. It has no buttons to contribute points to the pot or to redeem from it.

The Actions menu on each row offers Edit and Delete.
Create / edit
Click Create New.

When editing, Family Members appears, with Member, Email and Role. Choose a member and a role (Owner, Adult or Child) and click Add.
States and limits
- You cannot change the owner or the programme while the group has members or contributions.
- You cannot turn off the shared balance if there are pending contributions.
- You cannot lower Max Members below the number of active members.
- The owner cannot be removed from the group.
- Removing a member deactivates them; their past contributions stay in the owner's balance.
- When you Delete a group, IncentIA returns to each member what they contributed and then deletes it.
