Referrals
The Referrals entry opens the Referrers screen: it manages the people who recommend IncentIA and earn commissions. Menu: Members & Programmes › Referrals.
Availability
The screen requires the Referrers permission, which only exists for the platform administrator (host). If your account is a client account, the menu may show the entry, but the screen does not open.
This is not a "refer a friend" programme for your members
The referrers on this screen (agencies, resellers, affiliates) bring new accounts to the platform. They are not a way for your members to invite other members.
List

| Referral Code | The referrer's code. Use Copy Code to copy it. |
| Name | Name of the referrer and, below it, their company. |
| Source | Whether it comes from an integration partner or is direct. |
| Commission | Commission rate. |
| Clicks | Visits to the referrer's link. |
| Conv. Rate | Percentage of clicks that end in a sign-up. |
| Pending Balance | Commissions still to be paid. |
| Total Earned / Total Paid | Commissions generated and paid out. |
Filter by Status (Active or Inactive) and Type. View Details shows clicks (country, device, browser, VPN suspicions) and commissions.
Create / edit
Click New Referrer.

| Referral Code | Auto-generated; Regenerate Code creates another one. |
| Type | Individual, Agency, Reseller, Affiliate or Strategic Partner. |
| Commission Rate | Commission percentage. |
| Recurring Commission | Whether they also earn on renewals. |
| Minimum Payout and Currency | Payout threshold (USD, EUR or GBP). |
| Active and Notes | Status and internal notes. |
If you want to attract members
- To attract members with a trackable link, use short links.
- To give points for an action, create an earning rule of type
PerAction.
