Campaign automations
Have IncentIA act on its own on the members of a campaign: wish them a happy birthday, warn them that their points are about to expire, or win back those who haven't visited for a while. Menu: Campaigns › Automations.

How it works
Each automation combines a campaign, a trigger (when) and an action (what to do). A background process checks them every 30 minutes and runs those that are due.
- Only active automations whose campaign is active are run.
- Each automation runs at most once a day.
- If there is a Segment (optional), it acts only on its members. Without a segment, it acts on all members of the programme.
- Points and rewards are not duplicated: a retry does not give the same thing again to the same member.
- A failure with one member is logged and does not stop the rest.

Each row has the Actions menu with Edit and Delete. Filter by text and click Refresh.
Create / edit
Click Create New. The screen shows these labels in English.

Triggers

If the time has already passed, the automation runs on the next check that same day. Event-based triggers are checked at any time, once a day.

Birthday and Anniversary give at most one reward per year and member. Inactive Member acts once for each period of inactivity: if the member comes back and leaves again, it counts as a new episode.
