Blacklist
Stop a person from taking part in any of your campaigns, or from winning a raffle, even if they use several accounts. The list belongs to your account and applies to all campaigns.
Blacklist permission · No edition restriction. The screen has no entry in the side menu: open it from the address /app/main/loyalty/blacklist of your panel.
What it blocks
Each entry identifies a person by an Identity Type: email, NIF or phone. IncentIA normalises the value so that Ana@Mail.com and ana@mail.com count as the same.
The block is applied at these points:
- When registering as a participant in a campaign.
- In the steps of the participation journey: playing, redeeming a code, external games.
- When claiming an instant prize with a receipt.
- In the raffle: the blocked person is excluded from the pool.
The blocked person receives a generic rejection, without being told they are on the list. This way nobody can use the public screen to find out who is banned.

Filter by type (All Types) or by text and click Refresh. The bin button on each row deletes the entry after confirmation.
Add an entry
Click Create New (Create Blacklist Entry), choose the Identity Type, type the Value and, if you wish, the Reason. Save is enabled once there is a type and a value.
Import from CSV
Click Import Blacklist and select a UTF-8 .csv file.

- Format of each line:
type,value[,reason]. The type isemail,niforphone(alsotelefono). - Do not include a header row: it would count as an error. Empty lines and lines starting with
#are ignored. - The reason cannot contain commas.
- Maximum 10,000 lines. If you exceed it, nothing is imported.
- The result shows Imported, Skipped (values already in the list or repeated in the file) and Errors (unknown type, empty value or a line without a value).
Statuses and limits
- The list does not distinguish campaigns: one entry affects all of them.
- Write phone numbers with the international prefix (
+34…) so that they match those entered by participants.
