Campaign rules

What is actually applied

  • Rules act on the lines of a receipt when Item Conditions has at least one filter. The other lines earn points as normal.
  • If several rules match the same line, their multipliers are multiplied together. A rule that only matches another line does not affect this one.
  • Multiply Points multiplies the line's points. Add Bonus Points adds a fixed number of points.
  • SKU Pattern accepts a regular expression or a text; if the expression is not valid, the text is searched for within the SKU.
  • If a rule has no actions, a EarningMultiplier Rule Type applies ×2 and a BonusPoints one adds 100 points. If the actions are malformed, the rule does nothing.
"When" conditions are not evaluated

Conditions by amount, category, tier, day, channel or store are saved with the rule, but today the points engine does not check them. To limit a rule, use Item Conditions.

Cross-sell rules

Rewards the member who buys a product after having bought another. For example: "if you already bought coffee, the dessert gives double points".
