Social listening will collect mentions, comments and sentiment about your brand on social networks. Menu: Analytics › Social Listening.
No account can be connected yet
The screen is ready, but the connection to the networks is under development. When you click a network's button you will see Coming soon — OAuth integration in progress. and nothing is connected.
Availability
Social Listening permission · Brand accounts only, not the platform account.
What you see today
- A No sources connected yet block with one button per network: Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook and YouTube.
- A Recent mentions card, empty: No mentions ingested yet. Mentions will appear here once polling is enabled.
What to do in the meantime
- Raffles with Instagram or TikTok sources depend on this connection; check the status in Raffles.
- To show your members' content on a landing page, see Landing builder.
